10:30 a.m. Newspaper meeting

11:30 a.m. Honorary luncheon with Jack McClinton and Rick Barry at the Hurricane 100 Room

12:30 p.m. Baseball media day

1:50 p.m. Psychology of Gender class

3:15 p.m. Stop by the Hecht Athletic Center to pick up a signed baseball for tomorrow night’s panel at the Rathskeller

4 p.m. Transcribe McClinton and Barry interviews and then start on an article about tonight’s ceremony

5 p.m. Write this blog entry

6 p.m. Discuss details about tomorrow night’s baseball panel with the business side of the Miami Hurricane

7 p.m. Duke vs. Miami

9:40 p.m. Rush back to the newsroom for deadline

12:37 a.m. Time to go home

  1. Grew up with RICK BARRY as my Basketball idol. Always wore his number (24) which he wore to honor his hero, Willie Mays. But I never could master those underhanded free-throws! He hit ’em for over 90%.
